Each side now falls as power leaks from another’s spell, each side is lost as energy and power is taken from the air. Vampires, Humans, Weres and Animators are all having difficulty doing their every day deeds!
Even so that many vampires are trying to break the loss of energy by feeding more, but will this last long? Will all Pomme de sangs be able to survive the continued blood lust?

Plot Doom is coming as shadows dwell upon this town from an old cast spell, Finally the symptoms are coming on, as Zombies are harder to raise and Animators are feeling a loss of strength. The world is falling to darkness as the vampires come out to play, it seems a new evil is approaching… Or has he already arrived ? New vampires are falling into JC books as they look for shelter and enter to his Kiss, coincidence ? As they end up together housed beneath the ground from sunlight…
Murders are on their high as mortals feel weaker by the day, something is feeding upon their energy ? Or is a vampire feeding around a bit to much … In mean time crimes are becoming an everyday thing as people don’t know where to turn, a curfew is now in effect any one out after dark is then thrown into Jail…
It seems some vampires are losing their rights as these new terrors enter effect, all they know is its not human so even now the weres are being hunted… Anita must convince the detectives weres and vampires are not behind it… or are they ? How can she really know as she watches the others slowly retreat…
It seems we have entered a new realm, where even the supernatural is afraid of going outside…
In the mean time schemes are working as others try for the lead, packs are getting restless as each battles to be leader… It seems it is no longer strength that counts but the mind and how fast your reflexes work. Even so JC might find himself buttered up as a new vampire Scarlet comes to town, over double his age and a new power never seen to Vampires… will she be able to out cast the mighty JC ? Will the princess born over 800 years ago find the courage to stand up to all that passes ?
Work together, follow the plot and a new Evil will unravel…
