Each side now falls as power leaks from another’s spell, each side is lost as energy and power is taken from the air. Vampires, Humans, Weres and Animators are all having difficulty doing their every day deeds!
Even so that many vampires are trying to break the loss of energy by feeding more, but will this last long? Will all Pomme de sangs be able to survive the continued blood lust?

Golden Rule Have Fun
1) Make sure your RP posts are following the Storyline.
2) Your character may be in 1 place (thread) at a time.
3) When moving from one place to another (from one thread to another) you must blatantly say so.
4) You may not kill another person's character without permission.
5) You may not control another person's character without permission.
6) When attacking another character, you must let them decide the outcome of that attack.
7) No hit and run posting. Do not just run into an area, post something, and then run off. Eventually this leads to God modding. If you're going to visit an area, stay there for a while.
8) Ammunition is not infinite! You must find additional ammunition in the RP (realistically, please).
9) The staff are allowed to send around Vampires, ect... to attack characters. The staff members will not kill your character without your permission; however, the staff may attack your characters and injure them. Your character can't be immortal.
10) Staff can now hand out individual "missions" to your characters while you are roleplaying. These missions are optional, but should you choose to accept them, you'll have a specific objective to complete, possibly with a reward (depending on the mission).
11) Hospital Neutrality – There is to be no fighting, weapons fire, or anything of the like taking place in Hospital threads, as they are places of rest for characters and shall remain neutral.
12) Stalking – Stalking is defined as a character role playing with another person in an unwanted fashion. It is asked that all members be courteous to other members and not intrude on their stories. If you must use the current thread that the other player is using, please message them and settle this in a mature manner.
13) NPC usage – NPCs (Non-Player Characters) are random, generic characters normally used by staff for the accomplishment of missions, horde attacks, etc. Members may use NPCs for their own story telling purposes. However, Members are limited to 12 NPCs in an area. You may replenish these NPCs over a period of time, but not immediately. Other members may interact with them, and may also kill them. However, it is asked that all members message the owner of the NPC before hand, and ask permission to kill their NPC.
14) Weapons – Simple weapons such as pistols, even rifles can be found on your own in the RP, but it is frowned upon to find numerous weapons.
Powerful weapons WILL need staff clearance before being used.
15) Vehicles – In the course of the RP you will need to use vehicles. This is the list of approved vehicles:
* Helicopters * Motorcycles * Any car * Buses, and 18 wheeler type trucks
16) When finished with a RP Thread, Simply place {C} In the Thread name to show it is a Finished thread.
17) No Flaming, Flaming is where your characters hold a grudge against each other, and it comes out in OOC.
18) Up to 3 characters, though if your a really good Rp'er then its up to 4, maybe 5. you can also have up to 10 NPC's which are just your average joe city living people... all ready to die lol...
19) Mature content, languadge or Sex please notify people with a { R } in the title of the thread.
20) You cant change the characteristics of cannon character
